The following is my personal notes (and some pulled quotes) regarding each stage of an illustrative design project. It’s a good example of the back and forth communication between an agency and an illustrative designer such as myself. The creative process isn’t always a clear path. Sometimes you have to try directions that will not work and frankly don’t look too good before you get a good pulse on an appropriate style and concept.
